Interactive Map:

Search your address in this interactive map to find out if you are in an Environmental Justice Priority area in St. Louis Park. These areas have been given higher priority in efforts to alleviate the financial burden in communities that face the compounded effects of environmental pollution and low-canopy coverage, as well as social, political, and economic vulnerability. This map also includes ash tree removals since January 1st, 2020, due to EAB, done by the City of St. Louis Park on private properties. For residents that have had an ash tree removed, a discount is available to help replace the canopy you just lost. If you had the removal done by a private contractor, do not fret; all you need to do is provide proof of this removal and the discount will be made available to you, failure in provide proof will just result in the order being refunded.

The interactive map uses data from the Metropolitan Council Growing Shade application , which integrates demographic data from multiple sources to help communities track where tree canopies are thin, and then prioritize where communities can get the most impact from new planting.
